Why being a PC Gamer in 2019 is really cool: My thoughts:

1. Steam! No need to talk about the sales, huge game library. Steam finally updated with decent UI and features. Even coming with 2 Player + Multiplayer Lan Gaming Support.
2. GOG with every freaking old gen (Retro, PS1, PSP, PS2, PS3) games you can play anytime along with modern AAA titles with a huge discount. GOG updated with GOGGalaxy2.0.
3. Epic Games with 2 new free games in every week.
4. Xbox-PC Game pass for 1$ per month to play Halo, TR, Sea of Thieves, Forza Horizon, Gears 5 and 300+ Xbox AAA titles for free.
5. Anyone can get a masterpiece from various publishers in every month! (Like Batman Trilogy from WB, GTA:SA from Rockstar, Watch Dogs, Assassins Creed from Ubisoft)
6. Most of the current budget PC components support 1080p 30fps stable now.eg. GTX 1650.
1440p becoming the new standard.
7. Ryzen 3rd Gen! And ThreadRipper! Streaming is easier than ever. 4th Gen being on the way, PCIE 4.0 with unimaginable fast SSDs. SSD replacing HDDs.
8. RDR2, Detroit Becomes Humans, Halo and a lot of exclusives coming to PC, Devs being inspired to bring titles to PC.
9.1 billion of Win10 users, Mac being no longer the superior anywhere, option for Pausing Windows Updates, Finally a completely stable and Modern OS from Microsoft. Even a lighter version of Windows (Windows 10S/ Core OS) is coming with x86 apps support. More Apps and Games on Win10 Store.
10. RTX, HDR10, Dolby on every major titles, Reborn of Minecraft with RTX.
11. RDR2 (PC) (Graphics) and Cyberpunk2077 (Gameplay) becoming the glimpse of Next-Gen PC Gaming.
12. Emulation has become much more stable now, PUBG PC Lite, CODM for broke gamers. Legend of Zelda can be playable through CEMU @30+ fps now. The CEMU library is getting bigger day by day.
13. Vulkan API (Doom) with great optimization.
14. Decent games like Destiny 2, CSGO becoming Free to Play! GTA V, Warframe, Team Fortress, Dota2 still getting a huge player base even after a decade of releasing. A lot of major updates on F2p titles.
15. The PC components becoming more compact, even can be replaced by other consoles in terms of size and portability. (Suggesting Linus Tech Tips for more info). Components becoming also cheaper.
16. Modernization with DirectXport update with a decent amount of steam game support of Linux Operating System.
17. Integrated GPU becoming more stronger with Ryzen 3rd Gen, Intel’s iGPU is on the way with console like specifications.
18. Rising of GitHub for automation tasks, Reddit and Quora for PC related Memes and Community Support.
19. No DirectX/vcredist related errors like we used to get in 2010–2015 era. Just download and play. Drivers became available through Windows update. Less of Physical disks. Also, less virus/malwares like win7 era. Widows Defender replacing any paid Antivirus.
