Download Custom Themes for your Windows10 Machine.
Some Available Themes: Matte, BIB, Paranoid Android and More.

Installation:

1. First it is recommended you make a System Restore point before continuing.
2. Place the appropriate theme files into your Windows/Resources/Themes folder
3. Right click anywhere on the desktop, select Personalize then go down to Themes and find the Visual Style you wish to apply.
Or,
a) Download SecureUxTheme
b) Open SecureUxTheme, click Start ThemeTool

d) Click Apply
e) It is recommended to restart your system.
